Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the OranixPro website at oranixpro.com and the OranixPro application (together, the “Service”), operated by OranixPro, LLC (“OranixPro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

OranixPro is a web-based workspace for technical freelancers and small teams to manage clients, projects, tasks, billable time tracking, and printable invoices. The Service is currently in private early access and features may be added, modified, or removed as the product develops.

2. Access Plans & Payment

Pre-launch research notice (effective July 4, 2026): all access offers listed below are paused during the pre-launch research phase and no new activations or purchases are available until the official launch on September 1, 2026. The terms below remain in force for previously activated accounts and existing grants. Launch offers will be announced at launch.

The offers described below applied during the early access period (an optional monthly subscription was planned for later):

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. OranixPro does not store your credit card or payment card information. All prices are in United States Dollars (USD).

3. Free — 200 Seats Terms

The Free — 200 Seats offer provides 40 days of full access at $0, with no credit card required.
It is limited to the first 200 new accounts — a one-time launch campaign. The cap is not reset automatically.
Access is activated only after you verify your email, and the offer is available to new accounts only.
One free seat per account. The free seat does not renew automatically and carries no cash value.
No card and no charge. The free seat never involves a payment card or any charge — it is separate from the paid offers and the (future) subscription.
A free seat is counted only after your email is verified — unverified sign-ups never consume a seat.
When the first 200 free seats are full, the offer does not end — it becomes a waitlist. You may join with your email to receive a position and an estimated date for the next opening. While the cap is full, no new free seat is granted (only the paid offers grant access immediately). The campaign continues until OranixPro ends it.
A waitlist position is not a reservation or a guarantee of a free seat or of any specific date. Estimated activation dates are date‑only and approximate: the date shown before you submit may change if someone joins ahead of you (your confirmed position and date appear after your request reaches our servers), and the date depends on future openings and can shift due to cancellations or operational changes.
You may cancel your waitlist spot at any time using the cancellation link provided when you join. Cancelling frees your place, keeps no further hold, and consumes no seat.

4. Paid Access Offers (Access 70 / Access 130)

Access 70 Days ($39 USD) and Access 130 Days ($63 USD) are one-time purchases that add 70 or 130 days of full access respectively. They are not subscriptions and do not auto-renew.
Purchased days are an access-day extension — they carry no cash value and are not account credit.
Days stack on top of your remaining access: a newly purchased offer begins when your current access ends.
Each offer may be purchased once per account (you may buy Access 70 once and Access 130 once).
Access begins after payment confirmation; for a new email, after you complete account activation.
Monthly subscription (coming later): a $29/month USD plan will be offered in the future — opt-in only, billed starting on the 1st of the month, with no automatic conversion from the free seat or the one-time offers. You may cancel at any time (see Section 8 — Cancellation Policy).

5. Waitlist Terms

No payment is required to join the Waitlist.
The Waitlist is a managed queue. Invitations are sent in batches as capacity allows.
Joining the Waitlist does not guarantee access by a specific date.
We do not sell, trade, or share Waitlist email addresses with third parties.

6. Access & Activation

Free — 200 Seats: After you register and verify your email, your 40-day access is activated (subject to availability of the first 200 seats). No payment or card is required.
Paid offers (Access 70 & Access 130): After successful payment via Stripe, an activation email is sent to your inbox immediately. Click the link in that email to set up (or extend) your workspace access. If you do not receive it within 10 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support@oranixpro.com.
Access is for one workspace per plan purchase or subscription seat.

7. Refund & Dispute Policy

OranixPro provides access to a digital service. Due to the nature of digital goods:

Purchases are non-refundable once the activation email has been sent to your email address.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing OranixPro after purchase, contact us at support@oranixpro.com within 7 days of purchase. We will investigate and, if warranted, issue a refund or extend your access.
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us before filing a dispute with your card issuer. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Cancellation Policy

Free seat & one-time access offers (Access 70 / Access 130): One-time, with no recurring billing — there is nothing to cancel. Access simply ends when the days run out.
Monthly subscription (when available): You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; access continues through the end of the paid period. No partial-month refunds are provided.

9. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Submit false or misleading information
Attempt to interfere with the Service's operation
Use automated systems to submit forms or scrape content
Share your activation link or account credentials with others
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in the application — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of OranixPro, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

11. No Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. OranixPro is in early access and features may change or be temporarily unavailable.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OranixPro, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current access plan.

13. Product Descriptions

Features, capabilities, and product direction mentioned on this website represent our current plans and vision. They are subject to change and do not constitute binding commitments to deliver specific functionality by any particular date.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data, including payment-related data processed by Stripe.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of the state in which OranixPro, LLC is registered.
