Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the OranixPro website at oranixpro.com and the OranixPro application (together, the “Service”), operated by OranixPro, LLC (“OranixPro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

OranixPro is a web-based workspace for technical freelancers and small teams to manage clients, projects, tasks, billable time tracking, and printable invoices. The Service is currently in private early access and features may be added, modified, or removed as the product develops.

2. Access Plans & Payment

We currently offer two paid access plans and a free waitlist during the early access period:

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. OranixPro does not store your credit card or payment card information. All prices are in United States Dollars (USD).

3. Launch Pass Terms

The $10 USD Launch Pass is a one-time purchase with no auto-renewal or recurring billing.
Access to OranixPro begins immediately after payment confirmation — no waiting period.
The $10 is automatically applied as an account credit toward your first month of any OranixPro subscription, if you subscribe within 30 days of purchase.
If you do not subscribe within 30 days, the credit expires. No refund is issued for the unused credit.
Launch Pass grants access to all features available during the early access period.

4. Founding Pro Terms

Founding Pro is a recurring monthly subscription billed via Stripe.
The first 12 billing cycles are charged at $19/month USD (founding member rate).
After the 12th billing cycle, the subscription automatically transitions to the standard rate of $29/month USD.
The $19/month rate is locked for your first 12 months as long as the subscription remains active and in good standing.
Founding Pro is limited to the first 200 customers. Once capacity is reached, this plan will no longer be offered to new customers.
Access begins immediately after payment confirmation.
You may cancel at any time (see Section 7 — Cancellation Policy).

5. Waitlist Terms

No payment is required to join the Waitlist.
The Waitlist is a managed queue. Invitations are sent in batches as capacity allows.
Joining the Waitlist does not guarantee access by a specific date.
We do not sell, trade, or share Waitlist email addresses with third parties.

6. Access & Activation

Paid plans (Launch Pass & Founding Pro): After successful payment via Stripe, an activation email is sent to your inbox immediately. Click the link in that email to set up your workspace. If you do not receive it within 10 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support@oranixpro.com.
Waitlist: An activation link is sent when a seat becomes available.
Access is for one workspace per plan purchase or subscription seat.

7. Refund & Dispute Policy

OranixPro provides access to a digital service. Due to the nature of digital goods:

Purchases are non-refundable once the activation email has been sent to your email address.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing OranixPro after purchase, contact us at support@oranixpro.com within 7 days of purchase. We will investigate and, if warranted, issue a refund or extend your access.
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us before filing a dispute with your card issuer. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Cancellation Policy

Launch Pass: One-time purchase with no recurring billing. There is nothing to cancel.
Founding Pro subscription: You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Access continues through the end of the paid period. No partial-month refunds are provided.

9. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Submit false or misleading information
Attempt to interfere with the Service's operation
Use automated systems to submit forms or scrape content
Share your activation link or account credentials with others
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in the application — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of OranixPro, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

11. No Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. OranixPro is in early access and features may change or be temporarily unavailable.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OranixPro, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current access plan.

13. Product Descriptions

Features, capabilities, and product direction mentioned on this website represent our current plans and vision. They are subject to change and do not constitute binding commitments to deliver specific functionality by any particular date.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data, including payment-related data processed by Stripe.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of the state in which OranixPro, LLC is registered.
