Terms of Service

The September 2, 2026 revision sets out how the monthly subscription described in section 4 is billed: the calendar month in your own timezone, how a first partial month is calculated and when it is charged, what happens if a payment fails, what cancelling does, and how sales tax or VAT is handled — the $29 USD price is the base subscription amount, and any tax that applies is calculated from your billing address and added to it. These terms take effect when the monthly plan is officially made available to eligible users; until then the previous version governs and the plan is not offered for sale.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the OranixPro website at oranixpro.com and the OranixPro application (together, the “Service”), operated by OranixPro, LLC (“OranixPro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

OranixPro is a web-based workspace for technical freelancers and small teams to manage clients, projects, tasks, billable time tracking, and printable invoices. The Service is currently in private early access and features may be added, modified, or removed as the product develops.

2. Access Plans & Payment

Offer availability notice (offers paused effective July 4, 2026): all access offers listed below are paused, and no new activations or purchases are currently available. The terms below remain in force for previously activated accounts and existing grants.

OranixPro Monthly is not yet available. The monthly subscription described in the table below and in section 4 cannot currently be started by anyone — there is no way to subscribe, and no one is being charged for it. Its terms are published in advance so they can be read before the plan opens, and they take effect when the plan is officially made available to eligible users.

Free 110 is a private, invitation-only grant of 110 days of full access. It involves no payment of any kind, is issued by us to a specific email address, is not publicly available and cannot be requested or purchased. It is a one-time grant per account and per email address, and its days accumulate on top of any access you already hold. Receiving it does not start a subscription and does not oblige you to buy anything.

We may offer additional plans or promotional access grants at our discretion; any such offer is governed by the terms stated when it is made available.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. OranixPro does not store your credit card or payment card information. All prices are in United States Dollars (USD).

3. Paid Access Offers (Access 70 / Access 130)

Access 70 Days ($39 USD) and Access 130 Days ($63 USD) are one-time purchases that add 70 or 130 days of full access respectively. They are not subscriptions and do not auto-renew.
Purchased days are an access-day extension — they carry no cash value and are not account credit.
Days stack on top of your remaining access: a newly purchased offer begins when your current access ends.
Each offer may be purchased once per account (you may buy Access 70 once and Access 130 once).
Access begins after payment confirmation; for a new email, after you complete account activation.

4. Monthly Subscription (OranixPro Monthly — $29 USD per month, plus applicable taxes)

This plan is different in kind from the one-time offers in section 3. Please read this section and section 3 together, because the two work in opposite ways.

It is a subscription, and it renews automatically. Unless you cancel, your payment method is charged $29 USD every month, plus any applicable taxes, for as long as the subscription is active. This is recurring billing, not a one-time purchase.
Taxes. The $29 USD monthly price is the base subscription amount. Where the law requires it, sales tax, VAT or a similar tax is calculated by Stripe Tax from the billing address you give at checkout and added to your total; where no tax applies, nothing is added. Any tax is shown separately on your invoice. Because tax depends on where you are and on the rules in force at the time, the amount you pay each month may differ from the base price, and it may change if the applicable tax rules or your billing address change. We collect and remit tax only where we are registered and required to do so.
Nothing is charged without your explicit approval. We record your approval, with a timestamp and the exact price you agreed to, before any charge can be created. Simply holding an account, or having previously bought a one-time offer, never starts a subscription.
Billing follows the calendar month, in a timezone you choose. After your first partial month you are charged on the 1st of each month, measured in the timezone you select when you approve the subscription. You choose that timezone explicitly — we may suggest the one your browser reports, but we never set it for you. Once your subscription has started the timezone cannot be changed, because your billing dates and amounts are calculated from it; contact support if it is wrong.
Your first month is partial, and is calculated pro rata. The amount is the monthly price multiplied by the number of calendar days remaining in that month (counting the day you start), divided by the number of days in that month, rounded to the nearest cent:
$29.00 × days remaining ÷ days in the month
This calculation uses the base subscription amount, before any applicable taxes; tax is then applied to the result in the same way as for a full month. It splits two ways:
- More than 10 days remaining: that amount is charged immediately, and your monthly access begins once the payment succeeds. Your next invoice, on the 1st, is the normal $29.00 base amount plus any applicable taxes.
- 10 or fewer days remaining: nothing is charged yet and your access starts straight away. The pro-rata amount is added to your next invoice, so that invoice is $29.00 plus the partial month, before any applicable taxes. This exists so that starting near the end of a month does not mean two charges within a few days.
If a payment fails, you have three days. When a renewal payment fails your access continues for 3 calendar days in your billing timezone while you update your payment method. After that, access stops until a payment succeeds. This grace period applies to renewals only — there is no grace period before your first successful payment.
Buying a fixed-term offer pauses the subscription. If you buy Access 70 or Access 130, or receive an invitation-only grant, while subscribed: the month you have already paid for runs to its end, your fixed-term days start after it, and no monthly charge is made for the whole of that fixed term. The subscription resumes by itself when those days run out, and the first partial month is recalculated at that point under the same rules above. You are never billed monthly and on a fixed term at the same time.
Cancel at any time — effective at the end of the month you have paid for. Cancelling stops all future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not cut short. If you cancel while a pro-rata amount for your first partial month is still uncollected, that amount becomes due and is charged when you cancel — you are being charged for days you have already used, not for anything ahead.
Price changes. We will notify you before any change to the monthly price takes effect, and you may cancel before it applies. A change in the tax applied to your invoice is not a change to the price, and is not something we control or are notified of in advance.
All amounts are in United States Dollars (USD). Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Tax is calculated by Stripe Tax, which needs the billing address you provide at checkout — so that address is required to start the subscription.

In short: Access 70 and Access 130 are one-time purchases that end on their own and never renew. OranixPro Monthly is a recurring subscription that continues until you cancel.

5. Access & Activation

Paid offers (Access 70 & Access 130): After successful payment via Stripe, an activation email is sent to your inbox immediately. Click the link in that email to set up (or extend) your workspace access. If you do not receive it within 10 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support@oranixpro.com.
Access is for one workspace per plan purchase.

6. Refund & Dispute Policy

OranixPro provides access to a digital service. Due to the nature of digital goods:

Purchases are non-refundable once the activation email has been sent to your email address.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing OranixPro after purchase, contact us at support@oranixpro.com within 7 days of purchase. We will investigate and, if warranted, issue a refund or extend your access.
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us before filing a dispute with your card issuer. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Monthly subscription: each monthly charge pays for the month ahead, and your first partial month pays for the days remaining in the month you started (section 4). Where a refund includes tax that was collected, the tax is refunded with it. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the month already paid for — your access continues to the end of it instead. If a renewal was charged in error, or you cancelled and were billed anyway, contact support@oranixpro.com within 7 days and we will refund it.

7. Cancellation Policy

One-time access offers (Access 70 / Access 130): One-time, with no recurring billing — there is nothing to cancel. Access simply ends when the days run out.
Monthly subscription (OranixPro Monthly): you may cancel at any time, from your account or by contacting support. Cancelling stops all future renewals, and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — your access continues until then and is not shortened. Cancelling never shortens days you already bought under a one-time offer.
One exception, stated plainly: if you started your subscription with 10 or fewer days left in the month, that first partial month was not charged at the time and was deferred to your next invoice (section 4). If you cancel before that invoice, the deferred amount becomes due and is charged when you cancel, plus any applicable taxes on it. It covers days you have already used. If that charge cannot be collected, your subscription is not cancelled and the amount remains owed — a failed payment is not a cancellation.

8. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Submit false or misleading information
Attempt to interfere with the Service's operation
Use automated systems to submit forms or scrape content
Share your activation link or account credentials with others
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in the application — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of OranixPro, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

10. No Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. OranixPro is in early access and features may change or be temporarily unavailable.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OranixPro, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current access plan.

12. Product Descriptions

Features, capabilities, and product direction mentioned on this website represent our current plans and vision. They are subject to change and do not constitute binding commitments to deliver specific functionality by any particular date.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data, including payment-related data processed by Stripe.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of the state in which OranixPro, LLC is registered.
