OranixPro, LLC ("OranixPro," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information
when you visit our website at oranixpro.com and use
the OranixPro application (together, the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following information when you interact with our Service:
- Email address — provided when you register, join the Free Queue, or purchase an access plan.
- Account data — name, workspace name, and workspace configuration you provide during onboarding.
- Business data — client records, projects, tasks, time entries, and invoices you create within OranixPro. This data belongs to you and is stored in your isolated workspace.
- Payment data — processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or full payment card details on our servers. We receive only a transaction confirmation, your email address, and a Stripe customer identifier.
- Consent flag — your explicit consent to receive updates (Free Queue only).
- UTM parameters — campaign tracking data from URL parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign).
- Referrer URL — the page that linked you to our site.
- Basic analytics data — page views, device type, and browser (via privacy-friendly analytics; see section 7).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain the OranixPro Service
- Process payments and deliver access to purchased plans
- Send activation links and account-related communications
- Manage the Free Queue and send invitations when seats are available
- Send you updates about OranixPro's progress (with your consent)
- Understand how visitors find and interact with our website
- Improve the Service and respond to support requests
3. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.,
a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. When you make a purchase:
- Your payment information is submitted directly to Stripe's servers.
- OranixPro does not receive, transmit, or store your full card number or payment credentials.
- We receive a confirmation of payment, your email, and a Stripe customer identifier to fulfill your order.
- Stripe's handling of your data is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share your information only
with service providers that help us operate the Service, including:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Plausible Analytics — privacy-friendly website analytics (see section 7)
- Email delivery services — for sending activation links and updates
We share only the minimum data necessary for each service provider to perform its function.
5. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion at any time.
- Free Queue data: Retained until you are invited and activate, or until you request removal.
- Payment records: Retained as required for accounting, tax, and legal compliance purposes.
- Business data: Your workspace data (clients, projects, tasks, time entries, invoices) is retained while your access is active. After access expires, data is retained for 90 days before deletion, giving you time to renew or export.

6. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:
- HTTPS encryption on all pages and API endpoints
- Row-level security (RLS) for workspace data isolation
- Encrypted password storage using industry-standard hashing
- Session-based authentication with secure cookies
However, no electronic transmission or storage system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee
absolute security but will notify affected users promptly in the event of a data breach.
7. Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics,
a privacy-friendly analytics tool, to understand website traffic. Plausible does not use cookies,
does not collect personal data, does not track users across websites, and is fully compliant
with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR. No consent banner is required.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Opt out of communications at any time
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer
Privacy Act (CCPA). Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page
with an updated effective date. We will notify active account holders of material changes
via email.
